The Beatles Last Public Performance
The Beatles created a sensation on January 30, 1969 when they held an impromptu concert from the rooftop of Apple Records in London, England. The concert was the final act for the unreleased "Get Back" album. The performance and recordings for the album were later rearranged and released as "Let It Be." The 42 minute performance (before the London Police brought the show to an end) was the Beatles' last public performance.
