Almost ten years after settling a lawsuit for allegedly molesting a 12 year old boy, Michael Jackson (45) surrendered to the Santa Barbara Police on November 20, 2003 in response to an arrest warrent for multiple counts of lewd or lascivious contact with a child younger than 14. Bail was set at $3 million. The arrest came two days after the release of his "Number Ones" album, a greatest-hits collection.
